Meet Briana Pinell. Briana has been a Christian all her life, but hasn’t truly begun building a relationship with God until around 2017. Briana has also been practicing yoga since 2014 as well. Her practice started as a way to exercise and move her body until God met her on her mat and changed how she saw yoga, mindfulness, and wellness. Briana continued practicing yoga and meditation and earned her 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2019, and began teaching yoga later that year.

In 2020, Briana decided to dive deeper and tackle her 300-hour yoga teacher training, which resulted in her completing that training in July of 2021. Briana contained gaining skills in different ways to bring mindfulness to others, especially those in the church, teaching classes and leading workshops in person and online. After a lot of prayer with the guidance of God and the Holy Spirit, Briana decided to go back to school in 2024 and begin her journey in Biblical studies.

Briana has been blessed with a love and passion for the arts and anything related to creativity. Briana is a visual artist, writer, storyteller, poet, singer, musician, digital artist, and designer. Threw the years, Briana has fallen in love with creating in a way that reflects Christ and his word, which is the Bible. Briana believes that calling herself an artist speaks true to how she feels when she creates for the Lord and what the outcome of the creative project feels like. Even in how she teaches, Briana always tries to give her mindfulness classes a way to be creative and engage in creative experiences. Here is some of her work below!
