Abiding
Embodiment
Abiding Embodiment is a Christ-centered somatic practice that invites you to explore breath, movement, and creativity as acts of worship and connection.
In these sacred sessions, you are not asked to perform — only to listen, move, and create with the Holy Spirit who lives within you.
Come home to your breath. Come home to your body. Come home to Christ.
In Scripture, we are invited to love the Lord with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength.
Our bodies are not separate from our faith — they are vessels of prayer, worship, and connection.
Abiding Embodiment offers a path to integrate your whole being into the life of Christ.

Abstract Art Commissions!
There are two types of commissions to choose from!
The First Commission type is more hands off for you the client
Here are some examples of my work!
Looking to bring a unique piece of abstract art into your space? Fill out the form below to get started! I’ll reach out within 24 hours to discuss details like pricing, size, materials, and your vision for the piece. Let’s create something meaningful together.
The Second Commission type is more hands on for you the client
This second type of commission is more of a Creative experience where we will co-create a piece together. I will take you through a guided experience that suits you and your body, it could be a physical practice, meditation practice, or a mixture of both. The theme or main idea of the piece will be what leads us through the practice, and afterwards, I will create a piece that reflects you and what came up for you in our practice together. You can also send me pictures throughout the process and have lots of dialogue throughout the process as well. This piece reflects you and the intention you want to shine through this piece.
